Learn & Play Festival (LAPF) appeared for the first time in Vietnam and was hosted in Binh Duong Province with abundant activities, creating a playground for children & families in Binh Duong Province and Southern Provinces of Vietnam.

The 4-day series of events from September 14th to 17th, consisting of the Vietnam – Korea Character Licensing Festival 2023 and the Learn & Play Festival 2023, has helped promote cultural exchange and develop an emerging Character industry in Vietnam.
